By using the LLAMABOT chatbot creation tool ("Service"), a product of Long Llama Studio, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").
Services and Modifications
The Service is offered subject to acceptance of all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice.
User Conduct
You are solely responsible for all code, video, images, information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, messages and other materials ("Content") that you upload, post, publish or display.
Prohibited Industries
You agree not to use our Service for industries that include, but are not limited to, pornography, gambling, or any other activities that may risk the Service being blocked in some countries and/or pose a risk to our user community. Long Llama Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service for any user found to be involved in these prohibited industries, without any prior notice.
Intellectual Property Rights
Long Llama Studio claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you provide to the Service. However, by using the Service to create your chatbot, you agree that others may view and share your Content.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Long Llama Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Long Llama Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the Service or third-party products that access data via the Service.
General Conditions
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Technical support is provided via email and is available to all account holders. You understand that Long Llama Studio uses third party vendors and hosting partners, such as OpenAI, to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
Changes to the Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will notify you by updating the date of this document and/or sending a notification to your registered email address.
